Solid State Networks, the company behind Solsta, has successfully completed a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type I audit, resulting in an unqualified opinion from an independent auditor. This milestone demonstrates our unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards of security for game studios, publishers and partners.  The SOC 2 audit’s scope included Solsta, the DevOps platform for game build distribution, and DIRECT GVR [link: https://directgvr.com/], our PC game launcher solution.

This audit provides assurance that we are effectively managing and protecting the data and systems used by our game industry customers.

Our recent audit focused on the following Trust Services Criteria:

Achieving an unqualified opinion in the SOC 2 Type I audit signifies that our company has successfully met the requirements of each criterion. It also serves as an assurance to our customers and partners that we are fully committed to maintaining the highest level of security and compliance in our build distribution platform. We believe that this accomplishment strengthens the trust between our company and the game development community we serve.

As part of our ongoing commitment to security and compliance, we plan to complete a SOC 2 Type II audit in Q3 2023. The Type II audit will provide an in-depth assessment of our internal controls and processes over a specified period of time, which will further strengthen customer confidence in the reliability and effectiveness of our platform. This extended audit will enable us to demonstrate not only the design of our controls but also their operational effectiveness over time, providing even greater transparency and assurance to game studios, publishers and partners
