Invite New Users

Overview:

This article walks you through inviting users to your Solsta organization. Only Organization Administrators are able to invite new users.

Invite New Users to Your Solsta Organization

  1. From the navigation pane, hover over the Organization option, then select Invits
  2. From the Add New User modal
    1. Select a Role from the Role dropdown menu
    2. Enter one or more email addresses (line-separated)
  3. Click OK

Invited users receive an email to verify their account and set a password.

Note: If SSO is enabled, there is no need to invite new users. Any existing members of your organization can log in to Solsta using their SSO credentials. This requires "auto-membership" to be enabled in the SSO integration.

After you send the invites, the user(s) will appear in the Organization > Members page.
